I find that the best time to organize grocery coupons is when I am waiting in line at the grocery store. I use the time to file the new coupons I clipped or sort through frequently used categories and remove the expired coupons.
Another good time to organize coupons is when you are looking for a coupon. Remove all expired coupons from the category in which you are searching for a coupon.
