Here is a way to clean mirrors or glass surfaces without the streaks.  Mix 1 part white vinegar with 4 parts water.  Use a cloth to wipe on mirror or glass.  Wipe with dry cloth-not paper towels.  Now you have non-streaky surfaces.  Good luck!
